Refunds/Returns Policy

IKIGAI refund requests received within 60 days from date of order are acceptable. All products (bottles), part of an order are to be returned empty, full or partially full (including upgraded orders) with the following details; your full name, full address where the products were shipped to, email address, phone number, Clickbank email invoice, and ClickBank order number to our fulfillment facility, address below, within 60 days from date of order. (Address below) Returned products and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Failure to include all labelled bottles purchased as part of a single order (even empty ones) or order details missing will mean we will be unable to provide a refund. Damaged products are ineligible for refund. Refunds do not include shipping or handling charges. You will pay for the returns shipping costs. *You are advised to track returned products. Refunds are normally processed in 5 business days, depending on the speed of the processing bank.
